E-Z Patch EZP-157 3 lb E-Z Patch 7 Rebar Rust Repair Gray - 12 per Case for outdoor pool repair. Specifically designed for underwater or above water repairs, our special cement mixture successfully seals rebar rust problems without having to cut out the rebar steel. After using E-Z Patch 7, the installer may use any of our other plaster repair products to finish off the remaining 3/8” to match the existing plaster surface.
