Tile Restoration Sealer (TRS) Plus is a water based thermoplastic acrylic emulsion sealer for resilient tile, concrete and masonry surfaces. Unlike most modified sealer-finish formulations, TRS Plus has been formulated to provide comparable or better performance, yet lower cost than aqueous acrylic-urethane systems found in the marketplace today. Surfaces must be clean of all dirt, oil and grease prior to application.
