Xcel Surfaces EFF-FACTOR is a waterborne specialty hybrid emulsion incorporating proprietary performance enhancing chemistries. Designed specifically for cement and flooring applications, this emulsion will provide excellent chemical, water and stain resistance; good durability, blocking resistances and excellent efflorescence resistance. EFF-FACTOR SEALER is low VOC solution and has excellent water blushing and adhesion characteristics.
