ICT Sure Grip H2O (683) is a bonding primer designed to aid in the adhesion of paints and stains to dense concrete, bare concrete, or painted concrete surfaces. Sure Grip H2O is a self cross-linking epoxy perfect for bonding several water-based coatings, such as Color Seal H2O Pro (220), Color Seal H2Cool (225), or Texture-EEZ 3500 (425). Sure Grip H2O is a water-based product and is V.O.C. compliant in all 50 states.
