OASIS Fiber Mulch is a professional hydro‐seeding product which forms a moisture absorbent protective mat to promote seed germination and plant growth. The material is fiberized, screened and packaged in a 50 pound non slip, tough, weather resistant, 4 mil polyethylene bags. OASIS fibers are free of weed seeds and contain no growth inhibiting factors.
